We are currently seeking a Repair Technician to join our 24/7 global technical support team. You will be based out of our Buffalo, NY office, reporting to the Technical Support Manager.
This role requires an individual experienced in electronic repair, who has the ability to read and follow schematics, test procedures and instructions accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who has testing and troubleshooting experience and is familiar with computer system components, interfaces and boot processes. If you are someone who loves helping others, has loads of initiative and great follow through skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a talented team, in a fun, fast paced, late stage start up environment.
